Working session
Agent Readiness Session
A working session on where agents would pay in your business — and what has to be true before you can trust one.
What it is
A working session with the people who own the processes, not a presentation. We map the candidate use-cases, what an agent would need access to in order to do each one, and the controls that would have to exist before anyone would let it.
Most sessions end up separating two piles: work that is genuinely agent-shaped, and work that would be better served by something simpler and duller. Both answers save money.
What comes out of it
A shortlist with a readiness verdict against each use-case, and the specific gaps to close first — usually access, evidence and ownership rather than model capability.
What you get
- A shortlist of use-cases where agents would actually pay
- A readiness verdict against each one
- The gaps to close first, in order
- An honest list of what should not be an agent
When it fits
- Agents are on the roadmap and nobody has said which work they would do
- A team is already building one and you want to know what it will need
- You have been asked for an agent strategy and want it grounded
